Upon receiving your order, we require a processing time of 1-3 business days to prepare and package your items for shipment. Please note that this processing time may vary during peak seasons or special promotions. The estimated delivery time is approximately 4-8 business days includingprocessing time of 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that factors such as customs clearance and unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times, but we strive to ensure the fastest delivery possible. DHL or Fedex tracking will be emailed to customer when item is shipped.
It is customers' responsibility to track items and monitor delivery.
Wrong address provided by customer may result in item getting shipped back to us, if that happens customer will be responsible for all back and forth shipment charges.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
